Is there a travel charge for on-site visits?
On-site visits within our normal service area are part of a managed IT agreement during business hours. Longer trips and after-hours on-site work are discussed up front and quoted in writing.
How fast can someone be on-site?
Most issues are resolved remotely in minutes, which is faster than any drive. When hands are needed, we schedule around your business; our office is on the Causeway in Mandeville, so most of St. Tammany is a short drive.
