The gap was obvious
St. Tammany Parish has no shortage of small businesses doing serious work: CPA firms managing client financials, law offices handling sensitive cases, title companies closing real estate transactions, clinics holding patient records. These businesses have real compliance requirements, real data to protect and real technology needs.
What they did not have was an IT partner that treated them with the same seriousness as an enterprise client. The name
"Lagniappe" is a Louisiana word for something extra: a little bonus, a gesture of goodwill beyond what is expected. It is how we approach every client relationship. The baseline is excellent IT. The lagniappe is everything else.

Brandon Casey, founder and managing partner
Brandon spent more than 15 years leading IT at organizations ranging from Chevron to early-stage technology startups: building IT organizations from scratch, managing enterprise-scale infrastructure, serving as a VP of IT and a VP of software engineering, and co-inventing patented technology in 3D imaging and spatial data processing.
When he moved back to Louisiana, the gap between what enterprise businesses got from their IT partners and what local businesses were stuck with was immediately obvious. He knew the right model existed, having lived inside it for years, and that nobody was offering it here at a price that made sense for a small business. So he built it.
Brandon is a member and Ambassador of the St. Tammany Chamber of Commerce and is the person you will meet on your assessment call.
