Ends with a live preview on our equipment using a copy of your organized data, so you can see what Stage 2 would do before buying it. Optional light monthly retainer keeps it in order.
Strengthen
We install a private AI system over your organized email and files, on hardware in your building that you own. Your team asks questions in plain English and gets answers pulled from your own records. Hardware at cost, a one-time implementation, then a flat monthly service covering the platform, updates, monitoring, backups and support.
Grow
An expanded monthly tier as the system takes on more of the heavy lifting: surfacing missed opportunities, dormant clients and open deadlines, drafting routine work, and answering staff questions so the business does more with the people it has.
Why it is staged
Stage 1 is a finished piece of work with its own return. Most companies could stop there and be glad they did it. Stages 2 and 3 are there when you are ready, not obligations you have prepaid. The order is deliberate: a brain built on organized information is worth far more than one pointed at a mess, and a business only grows on top of a system it already trusts.

What is the AI Operations Engagement?
A three-stage program for putting a business's knowledge to work. Stage 1 organizes your documents and email. Stage 2 installs a private AI system on hardware you own so your team can ask questions and get answers from your own records. Stage 3 expands what the system does as it earns trust. Each stage is sold and priced on its own.
How long does Stage 1 take?
It depends on how much information you have and what state it is in, which is exactly what the scoping call establishes. You get a fixed quote and a timeline before any work starts.
What happens to the preview after Stage 1?
The live demo at the end of Stage 1 runs on our equipment with a copy of your organized data. It is a preview, not the product. It is torn down afterward; nothing of yours stays on our systems unless you move to Stage 2.
Who owns the hardware and the data?
You do. Stage 2 hardware is purchased at cost in your name and installed in your building. The organized information and everything the system produces is yours and exportable at any time.
Is this a replacement for our IT provider?
No. The AI engagement is separate from managed IT, though many clients do both with us. If you already have an IT provider, we coordinate with them.
